In this easy to follow class, students will learn basic word processing techniques using Microsoft Word, including writing business correspondence, using desktop publishing features, formatting reports, and creating tables. In addition, students will gain experience using basic tools in Microsoft Excel including creating and using basic spreadsheets, entering/editing data, and learning to write simple formulas. Plus, students will gain experience using basic tools in Microsoft PowerPoint, including building a basic presentation, adding content (text, graphics, objects and pictures), utilizing audio and video, creating transitions and animations. *This class is designed for students over 60 years of age but welcome to all beginners.
