ServSafe®, a national certification, meets requirements of the LeFlore County Health Department.  In this classroom style course, participants receive instruction about food safety concepts such as sanitation, food storage, safety regulations, pest management, and safe food handling practices.  The National Restaurant Association will certify participants who complete the ServSafe® course and pass the exam in food safety and sanitation.
