Vinyasa yoga is a practice that is both physical exercise, helping improve toning, stamina, posture, strength and flexibility, as well as a discipline that helps you de-stress, relax, feel healthier and more energetic. Classes last 1 hour and are accessible for a complete beginner and the advanced yoga student. Bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.
