Join Hello Healthy to get your New Year’s resolution started! This class is designed to provide nutrition education and teach fitness techniques for a healthier you in 2019. The class is open to all fitness and experience levels. Class members will participate in a field trip to learn healthy grocery buying habits. Participants will take part in lectures and hands-on activities to learn the latest tips and techniques for optimal nutritional health. In addition, a portion of each class will be spent learning basic fitness techniques from fitness expert and personal trainer, Valarie Walton. Val will help you design a program that fits your fitness level and experience. This motivational class is a must for anyone interested in pursuing a healthier 2019! Pending interest and enrollment, an additional class Hello Healthy II may be added.
